Join us for 2026 MFWF and experience a relaxed afternoon in the Yarra Valley with a Yum Cha lunch, curated wine flight and behind-the-scenes winery tour at Helen & Joey Estate. Set among rolling vineyards, guests will enjoy a procession of freshly steamed dumplings, crisp bites and vibrant small plates, paired with estate wines ranging from crisp Yarra Valley whites to elegant cool-climate reds.
As part of the experience, guests will also join a guided winery tour through Helen & Joey Estate, offering a closer look at the winemaking process and the story behind the estate.

- Bamboo shoot dumpling, mustard greens, tofu
- Spring roll, truffle mayonnaise, cured egg yolk
- Scallop and chive shumai, cashew, Yarra Valley caviar
- Prawn roll, crispy soy skin, citrus foam
- Prawn and ginger dumpling, chilli velouté
- Chinese broccoli, garlic oil
- Shepherd’s purse dumpling, pork, ginger
- Beef meatballs, Worcestershire, pickled radish

- Pork xiao long bao
- Steamed market fish (cooked to 50°C), ginger dressing
- Barbecue kangaroo, kung pao, peanut fried rice, fermented mustard greens
