These hotel policies apply to stays at Re’em Yarra Valley at Helen & Joey Estate. By making a reservation or staying at the hotel, guests agree to the following policies and conditions.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must secure reservations with a valid credit card or advance payment.
Guests must provide a valid credit card at check-in to cover incidentals or damages.
We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
Guests must provide a $300 security deposit at check-in to cover damages, excessive cleaning or unpaid charges.
Additional guests incur a charge of $180 per person.
Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests unless guests arrange a rollaway bed before arrival.
Infants aged 0–3 years may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with a parent or guardian.
Guests may not smoke or vape in guest rooms, balconies or patios.
Guests who breach this policy will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
We may evict guests without refund for disturbances, excessive noise, property damage or unlawful behaviour.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.
Guests may not bring pets onto the premises.
Guests who breach this policy may incur additional cleaning fees.
The restaurant closes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking restaurant reservations before arrival.
Rooms do not include cooking facilities, and guests may not use personal cooking equipment onsite.
From time to time, weddings and private events take place onsite, so guests may experience some noise during their stay.
The hotel does not accept responsibility for money, jewellery or valuables left unattended in guest rooms.
If staff locate lost property items, we can return them at the guest’s expense. However, guests must arrange and cover all shipping costs.
In addition, we dispose of unclaimed items after one month.
No naked flames or sparklers may be used onsite.
In the event of a catastrophic Code Red fire danger rating, the hotel may close for guest safety.
Where possible, bookings will be rescheduled.
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the total reservation amount.
Guests may reschedule their booking up to 3 days prior to arrival. Guests must rebook all rescheduled stays within 3 months of the original stay date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the total reservation amount.
We consider bookings of more than 4 rooms as group bookings.
Guests must provide at least 21 days notice for cancellations or changes prior to arrival.
If guests cancel within 21 days of arrival, we will charge the first night of the reservation.
In addition, guests who cancel within 3 days of arrival will be charged the total reservation amount.
Guests who do not arrive for their booking will also be charged the full reservation amount.
