Throughout the season, guests enjoyed our Pinot & Cheese Cellar Door Experience. The tasting showcased the depth and diversity of Pinot wines across the estate.
Guests explored a curated flight of five wines. The selection included two Pinot Gris and three Pinot Noirs. Each wine came from a different vineyard block and reflected a different winemaking style. Guests experienced how each wine showed its own character and flavour.
Guests also had the option to add a carefully selected cheese pairing. Each cheese matched the wines and added another layer to the tasting experience.
The experience featured four wine ranges: Unicorn, Wayward Child, Re’em and Alicorn. Each range showcased a different style of winemaking. Some wines followed a minimal intervention approach. Others reflected a more classic Yarra Valley style.
The tasting gave guests a closer look at the vineyard and winemaking process. It also highlighted the versatility of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris in the Yarra Valley.
Some guests were new to Pinot. Others already loved the varietal. The experience remained welcoming, relaxed and engaging for all guests.
