At Re’em Yarra Valley Restaurant, guests can enjoy a shared ‘Yum Cha’ dining experience inspired by the flavours and traditions of contemporary Chinese dining in the Yarra Valley.

Priced at $90 per person, the menu invites guests to select eight dishes for the table to share. Dishes arrive progressively throughout the meal, creating a relaxed and social dining experience overlooking the vineyards at Helen & Joey Estate.

The menu features a variety of handcrafted dumplings, small plates and larger dishes that showcase premium Australian produce alongside Chinese-inspired techniques and flavours.

Small plates include favourites such as scallop and chive shumai with Yarra Valley caviar, pork xiao long bao, prawn rolls with crispy soy skin and shepherd’s purse dumplings with pork and purslane.

Guests can also enjoy larger dishes including steamed Humpty Doo barramundi with soy and ginger, barbecue kangaroo with kung pao and peanut, smoked duck breast with cherry and pickled garlic, and 48-hour beef short rib with dried tangerine.

Sides such as fried rice with fermented mustard greens and Chinese greens with garlic oil complete the experience, while seasonal chef specials and premium additions including rock lobster with handmade noodles offer something extra for special occasions.

The menu reflects the evolving food philosophy at Re’em Yarra Valley, where contemporary Yarra Valley dining meets Chinese culinary influence in a relaxed vineyard setting.
