Australian Women in Wine Awards
The Australian Women in Wine Awards launched in 2015 and quickly became an important celebration of women across the wine industry.
On Friday, 16 November 2018, the fourth Australian Women in Wine Awards Symposium and Award Day took place at Quay Restaurant.
The Fabulous Ladies’ Wine Society organised the event. The awards celebrate women working across viticulture, winemaking, marketing, education and wine industry leadership.

Each year, the community of women in wine grows stronger and more visible across the industry.
The awards recognise more than professional success. They also encourage important conversations about gender equality, leadership, opportunity and representation.

The symposium brings together women from across Australia for discussion, inspiration and connection.
At the same time, the event creates opportunities for collaboration, mentorship and greater visibility within the wine community.
Naturally, great wine also plays an important role throughout the day.

We raise our glasses to all finalists and winners while celebrating the continued momentum towards a more inclusive wine industry.
