From 2 June 2025, guests can enjoy a refined winter dining experience at Re’em Yarra Valley Restaurant with our Winter Express Menu.
Priced at $75 per person, the seasonal menu includes two courses and a glass of wine in the heart of the Yarra Valley. Designed for the cooler months, the experience combines warming flavours, contemporary Chinese-inspired cooking and premium local produce within a relaxed vineyard setting.

To Start
- Chilli crab, egg custard, water chestnut, mantou toast
- Smoked Aurum duck ham, broccolini, black bean, orange
- Pumpkin, five spice, red sugar, soy pickled radish

- BBQ eggplant, smoked tofu, black sesame
- Buckwheat gnocchi, mushroom ragu, doubanjiang
- Today’s fish cooked to 50°C, angelica, soy, bok choy
- Beef short rib, capsicum, cashew, garlic shoots
