Produced with a minimal intervention approach, the Unicorn wines focus on purity, freshness and drinkability. The team ferments the wines in stainless steel and bottles them with care. As a result, each wine reflects freshness, balance and vineyard character.

The range includes a dry Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine, a demi-sec sparkling Rosé, an aromatic Pinot Gris and a vibrant Pinot Noir. In addition, each wine now carries the Unicorn label, replacing the former white label Inara range.

Unicorn Pinot Gris 2023

The Unicorn Pinot Gris 2023 is grown entirely on the estate in the Yarra Valley and reflects a dry, refreshing style with a subtle bronze hue.

Aromas of poached pear, lychee and tropical fruits lift from the glass. Meanwhile, a gentle note of fresh grass adds complexity and balance. The winery ferments the wine in tank and bottles it early to preserve freshness and vibrancy.

As a result, the Pinot Gris feels bright, aromatic and easy to enjoy. It suits a wide range of occasions, including long lunches, relaxed dinners and casual gatherings with friends.

Unicorn Extra Dry Blanc de Blanc

The Unicorn Extra Dry Blanc de Blanc offers a light, crisp and refreshing sparkling wine style made from Chardonnay grown at Helen & Joey Estate in the Yarra Valley.

The winery produces the wine with minimal additions to maintain purity and freshness. Consequently, citrus and green apple characters remain bright and vibrant on the palate. Subtle notes of toast also add balance and texture to the wine.
