Created for the cooler months, Sizzle & Steam combines flame-grilled meats with rich Chinese-inspired flavours in a warm and relaxed vineyard setting. The special winter menu is available every Friday night alongside our standard à la carte offering.
Guests can choose between two set menu options featuring handcrafted dumplings, grilled porterhouse steak, warming sauces and classic sides.
