Enjoy a rare opportunity for a guided tasting from the Wayward Child range currently maturing in French oak barrels. The Helen & Joey Estate winemaking team will draw samples of the 2017 & 2018 vintages straight from the barrel. Chat with Meg & Steven in the barrel room and learn more about wine and the production process, followed by a light lunch of slow cooked beef brisket or pulled pork with fennel slaw sliders. The Cellar Door team will be on hand to offer tastings of the current Helen & Joey range.
Guests are invited the graze the day away in a VIP section of the outdoor tasting deck over-looking the vineyard, with grazing platters, desserts, wine, beer & cider all available for purchase.
Please note this is a booking only event. Tastings run throughout the day from 10am – 3pm. Lunch served from 1pm. This is a casual format event with some seating available. Guests are invited to move around the property to enjoy the Cellar Door experience. Please advise at time of booking for any dietary requirements. Children are free and byo kids food is welcomed.
