Adopt – A – Vine Program

It’s that time again to experience the life cycle of a grape by making your very own wine.  Join us for a fully immersive experience of the 12 months of farming grapes, making wine and being able to walk away with a wine that you can rightfully claim as your very own.

You will connect with our winemaker, vineyard manager and the cellar door crew as you pick, crush, ferment, mature and blend, bottle and label your own Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. You will be a part of six on-site workshops and experiences as well as indulge in a large smattering of being spoiled while you are here.

We promise a once-in-a-lifetime experience,  with serious bragging rights and a lasting memento… if you don’t drink the wine too quickly!

Our Workshops – What it’s all about

IT ALL STARTS WITH A BIG CRUSH

You will get the chance to jump right in and get your hands a little dirty! Picking, cleaning bunches for the premium fruit & crushing in the afternoon to start the ferment!

LET’S GET TECHNICAL

You will be learning in-depth information about winemaking techniques the process involved and how it shows in the finished product. This is a great time to learn about all of the intricate processes in the lab.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS – VINEYARD & VINES

At the Estate you will be tending to the same vines we picked from in workshop 1 and will be learning about the life cycle and vine health.

IS IT READY YET?

You will be extracting wine from the barrels to have a play around with flavours as well as learning about flavour profiles and Australian wine culture.

INTO BOTTLE WE GO

At the Estate you will be hand bottling all of the wine you meticulously made! It’s time to breathe a sigh of relief, all of the hard decision makings is done!

FANCY DRESS – IT’S ALL ABOUT THE PACKAGING

Finally, you will get the chance to label your bottles with your handcrafted and designed wine labels! Once packaged up your bottles will be ready to take home to enjoy or give away as a gift (if you’re feeling generous!)You will also be able to have a little drink on behalf of the exciting year of experiences and learning!
