This wine is made to age.  Still youthful on the nose with red berries, cherry, plum and mulberry.  The oak is more evident on the palate giving the wine some spice.  The tannin structure is fine-grained and firm..  In our attempt to find our elusive unicorn, we have followed a path to produce a wine that truthfully speaks of where it is from.
