Delicate, bright, and whole-bunch inspired, showing red fruits and a whisper of spice
Hand-picked from our vineyard and fermented on skins for two weeks with twice-daily plunging, this Pinot Noir was aged for eight months in French oak (10% new) before bottling. Unfiltered and naturally expressive, it offers oak-driven spice, depth, and a silky, balanced palate. Now at its peak drinking window (4–6 years), it shows matured yet vibrant red fruit character with a refined structure and elegant finish.
The 2024 Yarra Valley vintage was shaped by a cool, wet spring and a slow ripening season, influenced by a third consecutive La Niña year. Yields were lower than average, but the conditions were well suited to sparkling wine production, and the first substantial harvest from the new Pinot Noir plantings marked an important milestone for the estate.

Earthy and expressive with lifted aromas of cherry, plum, and raspberry, this Pinot Noir is light in body yet layered with spice, soft tannins, and a smooth, lingering finish.
Ideal with hot pan-seared kangaroo fillet and roasted root vegetables, or rich mushroom risotto and truffle-infused dishes.
