A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 10% Shiraz, Hannahanna is bottled unfiltered and unfined to preserve its natural character and complexity. After 11 months of maturation in French oak, the components were carefully blended to balance structure, fruit, and savoury depth. Crafted entirely from our single-estate vineyard, it represents a harmonious expression of site and season.
The 2021 growing season in the Yarra Valley was marked by a mild spring and balanced summer conditions, producing fruit with excellent flavour development and natural acidity. Consistent weather patterns and steady ripening allowed each variety to reach optimal maturity, resulting in beautifully balanced and expressive wines.

Medium-bodied and perfumed, Hannahanna bursts with layers of dark fruits, herbal undertones, and charcuterie complexity, leaning towards a savoury and food-friendly style. Fine tannins and subtle oak spice add structure and length to the palate.
Ideal with roasted lamb and rosemary, slow-cooked beef dishes, chargrilled vegetables, aged hard cheeses or charcuterie meats such as prosciutto and salami.
