2025 Chardonnay, Yarra Valley, Victoria
Hand-picked and wild-fermented with weekly lees stirring, this creamy yet bright Chardonnay shows natural texture and balance
Hand-picked from our estate vineyard, the fruit was whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented before undergoing eight months of maturation in French oak (10% new). Regular lees stirring during maturation enhanced the wine’s creamy texture while preserving its bright natural acidity. The result is a Chardonnay of depth, balance, and elegance that reflects the quality of our top vineyard blocks.
A wet spring and early summer required careful vineyard management to manage disease pressure. Hot, dry conditions in February and March supported ripening, with a steady flow of fruit keeping both vineyard and winery teams busy. Strong fruit set led to a return to normal yields across the property.

Complex and refined with layers of citrus, stonefruit, and subtle oak spice, this Chardonnay shows a beautifully creamy palate balanced by lively acidity. Its long, elegant finish highlights both texture and freshness.
Perfect with lobster and butter, chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce, brie and camembert cheeses.
