2024 Sauvignon Blanc
Barrel-aged and aromatic, pairing perfectly with grilled prawns or herb-roasted chicken
Made from 100% estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, this wine was matured for eight months in a single aged French oak puncheons to build texture, weight, and aromatic complexity. A limited release of just 1008 bottles, it showcases the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define the Re’em range.
The season began with above-average spring rainfall, requiring close vineyard management to manage disease pressure. Warm, dry conditions in February and March created ideal ripening, leading to an earlier harvest start around 10 days ahead of 2023. A steady flow of fruit and strong fruit set resulted in healthy yields and a fast-paced, efficient vintage.

Sauvignon Blanc matured for eight months in a seasoned French oak puncheon on lees, this is a richer, barrel aged expression rather than the modern aromatic style commonly seen. Showcasing preserved lemon and notes of dried hay, fennel seed and a touch of smoke. The palate is supple and textural, with tropical and stone fruits carried by fresh but balanced acidity.
Ideal for pan-fried fish with lemon butter, chicken with creamy mushroom sauce, goat's cheese salad or Brie.
