The 2025 growing season was marked by a mild spring and warm, dry summer, creating ideal conditions for extended hang time and concentrated sugar development in the vineyard. Careful canopy management and late harvesting allowed the fruit to achieve exceptional ripeness and complexity, perfect for a luscious, dessert-style Sauvignon Blanc.

A luscious and vibrant expression of late-harvest fruit, this wine opens with candied citrus, honeysuckle, ripe guava, and tropical florals. The palate is sweet yet balanced, delivering generous flavours of lemon sherbet, passionfruit, and honey-drizzled stone fruit with a long, silky finish.
