The 2019 growing season in the Yarra Valley began with a damp late spring followed by a warm, dry summer, producing concentrated fruit with excellent acidity and structure. These ideal conditions provided the foundation for crafting an ultra-premium red blend with depth, complexity, and long-term cellaring potential.
Released only in exceptional vintages, this ultra-premium blend of Shiraz (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Merlot (30%) was carefully crafted to showcase power, elegance, and age-worthiness. Extended maturation in French oak has enhanced structure, integrated tannins, and layered complexity while preserving the purity of fruit expression.
