We structure our tastings to build gently, starting with fresher, lighter wines before moving into richer, deeper and more textured styles. There is a little method behind the fun: crisp whites and sparkling wines wake up the palate, Pinot Noir and lighter reds show delicacy and perfume, while bolder reds and sweet wines bring the tasting to a satisfying finish. Our Unicorn range is vibrant and approachable, Wayward Child leans a little more expressive and adventurous, and Re’em showcases our premium, more refined estate wines.
The best part is that you do not need to be a wine expert to enjoy it. Our cellar door tastings are relaxed, friendly and hosted with just enough wine knowledge to make each glass more interesting, without turning the experience into a lecture.
