A signature cocktail featuring Helen & Joey Estate Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc

A silky, fruit-forward cocktail balancing luscious pear, vanilla and banana liqueurs with the bright acidity of lemon and the rich sweetness of our Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.

Ingredients

• 15ml Helen & Joey Estate Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
• 10ml Fresh lemon juice
• 15ml Banana liqueur
• 15ml Vanilla liqueur
• 30ml Pear liqueur

Glassware

Rock glass with one large ice cube

Garnish

Pear sugar rim

Method

1. Rim the entire glass with pear sugar.
2. Fill the serving glass with one large ice cube.
3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
4. Fill with ice and stir for 10-12 seconds to lightly chill and dilute.
5. Strain over the large ice cube.
6. Serve immediately.
