The late harvest Merlot was picked late into the growing season. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel. When the sugar/alcohol/acid/flavour balance was deemed correct by the winemaker the fermentation was stopped with natural residual sugar present. The result is a wine that is bright, fresh and full flavoured.

The aroma of this wine shows candied cherry, raspberry, strawberry and red rose. The palate is zippy with an excellent balance of sugar and acid. The strawberry and cherry notes also come through on the palate to make this wine perfect for a fun summer’s day drink with friends.
