Description
Our 2019 Inara Merlot Rose was made from 100% Merlot. Unlike many rosé wines on the market, our grapes are picked solely for the purpose of producing rosé. This means the grapes were harvested at a lower alcohol than for a full bodied red wine which retains the fresh red fruit characters. After the Merlot was picked, it was pressed immediately to a stainless steel tank for a long, cool fermentation.
The appearance is pale salmon pink in colour. The wine is summer in a glass with tropical aromas. Paw paw, mango, pineapple. Ultra refreshing.
