This Late Harvest L’Amour was picked late into the growing season. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel. When the sugar/alcohol/acid/flavour balance was deemed correct by the winemaker the fermentation was stopped with natural residual sugar present. The result is a ripe style of wine containing residual sugar.

The style of the wine allows lifted floral and musk notes with white peach skin, nectarine, green pear and apple aromas to become apparent in the wine. On the palate there are flavours of lemon curd tart, peach and creamy manuka honey. A style made to drink as an aperitif or with desserts such as crème brûlée.
