Re’em is a new chapter for the 15 years old Helen and Joey winery, vineyard and farming enterprise in the heart of the Yarra Valley. The Helen and Joey farm on which the facility is located is a mixture or vineyards, water gardens, pasture, orchard and forest reserve, as well as being a working winery.
We are all here because we love this country, the landscape and the things that come from. We are bursting to share. We might look like a posh hotel and restaurant, but we are really just a re-imagined farmhouse kitchen-table, laden aplenty and full of conviviality, all on 200 acres of opportunities.
Our new visitor centre and hotel is all about sharing what we do and the pride we take in out produce. We’ve built a big, modern, airy and naturalistic space to welcome people, to make visitors comfortable in every possible way, and to share the best of what we, and our broader region can offer.

We draw inspiration from southern Victorian produce and the cuisines of Helen and Joey’s birth places in China. Fusing elements of the disparate and diverse regional cuisines of Chengdu and Zhe Jiang with locally sourced seasonal produce.
