Hand-picked from our vineyard, the 2024 Wayward Child Chardonnay was whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented with a twist. During maturation, we stirred the lees weekly, enhancing the wine’s creamy mouthfeel while maintaining its bright natural acidity. Barrel-fermented and aged for eight months before bottling, this Chardonnay showcases depth, balance, and elegance.

Food pairing: Perfectly complements soft cheeses, salmon or similar fish dishes, and pan-seared scallops.
