This dry, delicately bronze hued Pinot Gris offers an aromatic bouquet of poached pear, lychee, and tropical fruit notes. Crisp and elegant, the wine is fermented simply in stainless steel tanks and bottled with minimal delay to preserve its fresh, vibrant character. A versatile and refreshing choice for any occasion.
Winemaking Notes: Machine harvested and pressed straight away to tank. Settled overnight then racked, inoculated and fermented in stainless steel tank for around 10 days. Racked again off gross lees, sulphured and left in tank for 4 months then bottled.
Food pairing: Seared scallops with a lemon butter sauce. Pumpkin and feta risotto. Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. Indian paneer tikka. Stir-fried chicken with ginger and spring onion. Sweet corn and crab soup.
