We grow Pinot Noir across 16 hectares of vineyard at the base of the Warramate Ranges in Gruyere.
Our vineyards feature yellow-grey loam soils rich in iron. These soils provide excellent drainage while retaining enough moisture to support healthy vine growth. Combined with the cool climate and varied slopes across the property, these conditions produce fruit with exceptional concentration, structure and site expression.
Our vineyard team carefully manages each block throughout the growing season to ensure optimal fruit quality. We focus on producing wines that reflect both the vineyard and the vintage rather than following a formula.
