So, what would a unicorn drink? Something bright, elegant and full of charm, of course. A sparkling Blanc de Blanc for celebrations beneath the stars. A crisp Pinot Gris for sunny afternoons wandering through wildflower meadows. A beautifully balanced Chardonnay with enough texture and finesse to feel just a little indulgent. And when it comes to red wine, our money is on Pinot Noir. It has the perfect balance of beauty, delicacy and mystery, with enough depth to suggest that even unicorns have stories they never tell.
