Check-out time: 10:00–10:30 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the number of rooms booked. Please review specific terms at the time of booking.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidentals and potential damages.

Deposit

A $300 deposit is required at check-in to cover damages, excessive cleaning or unpaid charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

Disturbances affecting the comfort of other guests may result in eviction without refund.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all rooms and balconies.

Violations, including smoking or vaping in unauthorised areas, will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Candles

The use of candles in guest rooms is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on the premises. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

Dining

For dining options within the hotel or recommendations for local restaurants, please contact reception.

Note: Rooms do not include cooking facilities, and personal cooking equipment is not permitted.

Compliance

Guests are responsible for any costs incurred if the hotel is evacuated due to violations of these policies.

Visitor Hours

Non-residents are not permitted in guest rooms between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Liability

The hotel is not liable for the loss of money, jewellery, or other valuables left unattended in rooms.

Lost Property

Guests must contact the hotel regarding any lost property. If found, items can be posted back to the guest for a fee.

Lost property will be kept for one month before being disposed of.

Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Extreme Fire Days

No naked flames or sparklers can be used in the open.

In the case of a catastrophic code red day being declared, Re’em Yarra Valley will be closed.

We will make every attempt to reschedule your booking.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff and other guests.

Modification of Terms

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Additional Information

This venue hosts weddings and other events, which may result in some noise. We appreciate your understanding.

Restaurant Opening Hours

The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please check our opening hours here. To avoid disappointment please make your restaurant booking before arriving at the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Rate

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

Non-Refundable Rate

Guests pay the full price if they cancel or no-show. Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the booking date and must be within 3 months of the original booking.

All package bookings are non-refundable.

For cancellations made within 3 days of arrival, the total reservation amount will be charged.

Group Bookings

For bookings of more than 4 rooms, a 21-day advance notice is required for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will incur a charge for the first night.

Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged the total reservation amount.

No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Additional Guests

Additional guests will be charged $180 per person. Rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people unless a rollaway bed is purchased.
