The use of candles in guest rooms is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
Pets are not permitted on the premises. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

Note: Rooms do not include cooking facilities, and personal cooking equipment is not permitted.
Guests are responsible for any costs incurred if the hotel is evacuated due to violations of these policies.
Non-residents are not permitted in guest rooms between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
The hotel is not liable for the loss of money, jewellery, or other valuables left unattended in rooms.
Guests must contact the hotel regarding any lost property. If found, items can be posted back to the guest for a fee.
Lost property will be kept for one month before being disposed of.
The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
No naked flames or sparklers can be used in the open.
In the case of a catastrophic code red day being declared, Re’em Yarra Valley will be closed.
We will make every attempt to reschedule your booking.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff and other guests.
The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
This venue hosts weddings and other events, which may result in some noise. We appreciate your understanding.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please check our opening hours here. To avoid disappointment please make your restaurant booking before arriving at the hotel.
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Guests pay the full price if they cancel or no-show. Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the booking date and must be within 3 months of the original booking.
All package bookings are non-refundable.
For cancellations made within 3 days of arrival, the total reservation amount will be charged.
For bookings of more than 4 rooms, a 21-day advance notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will incur a charge for the first night.
Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged the total reservation amount.
No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Additional guests will be charged $180 per person. Rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people unless a rollaway bed is purchased.
