With more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Darren Fraser has built a strong reputation for creating exceptional guest experiences across Victoria’s leading food and wine destinations. As Venue Manager at Re’em Yarra Valley, he leads the restaurant, cellar door, boutique accommodation and private events, creating a seamless experience across the estate.

Before joining Re’em Yarra Valley, Darren spent 20 years at TarraWarra Estate, where he helped the venue earn critical acclaim, including five chef hats during his time there. Earlier in his career, he worked at Crown Melbourne, developing his expertise in luxury hospitality operations and team leadership.

Under Darren’s direction, Re’em Yarra Valley earned a chef’s hat and a Regional Restaurant of the Year nomination within its first year, highlighting the estate’s focus on hospitality, dining and service in the Yarra Valley.
