How the evening unfolds
5:30pm, settle in with pre-dinner drinks and canapés as the sun begins to set over the vineyard.
6:30pm, take your seat for a three course set dinner, paired with wines from our estate. Expect a menu that reflects the season.
9:30pm, a cheese platter and a bottle of Blanc de Blanc will be delivered to your room, so you can toast the final hours of the year in comfort.
On New Year’s Day, enjoy breakfast in the restaurant before rounding out your stay with a complimentary wine tasting at the Cellar Door.
